 | Karakura General Hospital is the main medical facility in Karakura Town. the General Hospital is equipped to handle much more serious cases and larger incidents. There is constructed a secret training area in the hospital. It is unknown when it was built, or where exactly it is inside the hospital, but grass can be seen just outside its windows, suggesting that it is at ground level. The training area has multiple levels, and these windows are on the upper levels, meaning that much of the room must be underground, forming the basement of the hospital. There are no furnishings or objects visible in the chamber.

Guest | | Not far from the jagged mountainside of the east, away from Karakura, a large Onsen awaits the visit for regular public business as a beautiful resort and getaway to all troubles in life. To everyone, this blissful location is a unnerving relaxation outlet, open to any sort of occasion for any one, on the public front. This facility is orchestrated by the bountou who use it to their liking; unknown to anyone else but the members entwined within it. This onsen has the very ritual style look at it, although it's top notch with sanitary expectations which might consider the cleaning crew extremely anal. Inside the Onsen contains a secret passageway to an underground area, used for specific features only.
